The fit is excellent. It's not loose but not baggy so its very comfortable. It also sits high up on the waist which is very hard to find nowadays. The only thing that I dont like is the front pocket style. But everything else is amazing and I would buy again if theres were more colors.
I'm reviewing the "double-knee carpenter jeans" specifically. I think it's reasonable to read "double-knee" as meaning that the knee has been doubled; that is, there should be double the fabric of the knee. If the pants are stretch denim, there should be two layers of stretch denim at the knee. In t...his case, though, the second layer is a layer of the thin stuff the front pockets are made of, sewn to the inside of the knee. Once you wear through the outside, the inside will provide no resistance at all. While technically yes there is double the usual number of layers of fabric at the knee, they went so far as to put "carpenter" in the title to suggest durability.

I love the Dark Indigo pair, unlike some of the other colors it isn't pre-distressed. Very solid pair of dark jeans that dress up well. I hope they bring them back, I love the high rise waist.
