I'm 5' 0" and wear size (7.5 and usually go with an) 8 Petite and sometimes a 6 depending on the cut. I've purchased several Old Navy Petite size 8 pants in the past and the length has always fit me, however the inseam on these pants is 29" (long) and the cut is just a just a LITTLE roomy. So if you... wear Petite and are expecting these to be cut shorter as usual with Old Navy's Petite pants, plan on hemming them. The legs are roomy and straight and do not flare and the bottom and so they're not overwhelming for a Petite size 8 fit. Washing them once and putting them in a dryer on warm for a LITTLE while (but not long enough to completely dry them!) will shrink them enough to be a perfect fit – except for the extra long length. The material is a little softer and of substance, but not as stiff as heavier denim. The unique blue is even nicer than it appears in the photo. They'll certainly make a statement with the right outfit and will be stylish once washed and hemmed. As always, after the first wash, I then plan on washing them in cold water and laying them out flat to dry so these pants and the unique color will last for a while.
Too thick of a denim for me. Tall length was great though.
