yes, it's supposed to be oversized, but this is at least 3 sizes too big. It was not at all flattering on my chubby, hour glass frame. I'm 180 lbs, 5' 5", and normally wear a size large in tops and 12 in pants. 36DD. I ordered a size Large in this shirt and I felt like I was wearing a plus size 2 or...
