I dropped by the site to grab a couple extra thermal PJs. I spotted some skorts on sale & decided to try 'em. (I just moved to a walkable neighborhood and can really use the exercise.) I thought I had put together a *cute* set for a old lady (skort, shirt, socks) in shades of beige & brown (my life...long favorite color; no shame . . . brown is beautiful). However, the shirt arrived in black (heavy sigh). Sale is final with no returns or exchanges. The shirt fits well and is long enough (not cropped like so many others like it). The material is what you would expect for a short-sleeved t-shirt and for the sale price is a bargain . . . except for the color (not what was advertised). That is why it gets 3 out of 5 stars paired with a recommendation. The orange lettering will save my sad attempt to purchase a *cute* set. (Orange, IMO, is like Brown's cooler, but still not respected, cousin.) Some other shoppers will likely identify with my dissatisfaction as they too seek less popular/unpopular colors and when you spot something . . . in your size & price range . . . your heart beats a little faster and a smile spreads across your face . . . only to be disappointed . . . again. (I want to acknowledge that Old Navy often offers items in brown and I am thankful for that.)
