I purchased the medium petite and it's a perfect fit. I'm usually a small petite but after reading the reviews I decided to go up a size and I'm so glad I did. It's still fitted but not tight. For reference: 5'0", 118 lbs, 36C/34D Hits at my natural waist.

My daughter loves this top. The shoulder strap is a bit long so I'll probably add a stitch or two to shorten. She ended up sizing down because of the strap but otherwise, great top.
