I'm 5'10" and about 210-215 pounds. I'm usually 180-190 and it's hard for me to find clothes right now being 5 months postpartum and breastfeeding. I got a L Tall and the extra length was perfect. I could have done an XL tall but it's just slouchy enough of a fit to cover the rolls I hate and hits p...erfectly at the waist. I can untie the straps and nurse. It's a bit of a pain but most nursing tops are ugly and hip length, which doesn't work for my hourglass shape since it all rolls up to my waist anyway.
Once the straps are untied which easily comes undone if pulled on, then it looses the nice clean bows made by the factory. And it is nearly impossible to get them tied again and duplicate the placement and length of the the straps. Old Navy should have permanent bows and possibly with some hidden le...ngth snaps to adjust it. What I did, before I wore this, I put hand sewed hidden threads under and into the knot where it would not show on top, this way it is permanent and will not unravel in the wash or wearing it.
