Wow, I am very happy with my purchase. This is the first time I bought shoes from Old Navy. They are true to size. I bought both black and brown pair in size 8. Size 8 is my normal size but sometimes I size up 1/2 size for comfort. These fit perfectly and I can even wiggle my toes a little. They are... comfortable but I always wear liners with my shoes. Another tip for ladies that blister easy like I do, try anti chafing cream. The lining in the shoe is some type of cloth material, which would wreak havoc without a liner and chafing cream.
I really don't understand how people say the sizing is accurate, it's not. I typically wear a 7.5/8. I got both these sizes and they were too big- the 8 was huge, too long and too wide. I've observed the sizing get worse and worse with Ild Navy but for me to get two sizes if every shoe I buy and the...n to have neither of the fit, it wild. Is the shoes comfortable, it seemed so but I didn't get to wear it since both sizes I got were way off. Also if you have narrow feet, these will be a little wide. Disappointing.

I normally avoid any type of flats because blisters are inevitable, but these are the only ones I've ever worn that were comfortable right off the bat! No breaking in needed - plus they were in my favorite color. Also, I'm usually a size 6.5-7 but the only size available in my store was 6. That just happened to be the perfect size for me, so keep that in mind.
