I can't give this a bad rating because it's well made and I love the look and style of it. It looked short to me in the pictures, so ordered it in Tall, but it still barely comes past my waist and if I lift my arms, it rides up. I know for me personally I will find this very annoying so I'm returnin...g it.

The design is so cute but I'm really disappointed by the fabric. I wore it once and already had pulls in the fabric which ruins the appearance. If it touches anything that is slightly rough it leaves a mark. It also pills very easily and I don't think it's worth the price even when it's on sale.
