Im in between an XL-XXL and I went with a XXL because I have had an issue of the XL leggings and that rolling down at the waist :( lol but I also have a bigger mid section. The shorts underneath were longer than the skirt part! Literally looked awful. The skirt part wouldn't be pulled past the shorts like pictures or else it was being pulled off my stomach. Seems like Old Navy isn't as quality as it used to be! Had to return this and 2 powersoft dresses for same reason...

The high-waisted is perfect good structure and very comfy, also stays up and doesn't roll down. Love the pocket on the shorts, you can't even tell it's there or that anything is in the pocket.
