Best fit in the WOW line by far, I bought size 4 and I'm typically a 26 across top brands, or a 27 Levi's 501 straight if I plan on being comfortable, for reference... and these high rise loose WOW jeans fit better than more expensive jeans and I'm loving these pants, the denim is obviously old navy quality but fairly decent actually, stretchy, and the med wash was nice in person. Only pair of ON jeans I haven't returned lol.

A cute pair of jeans with baggy legs but tight at the waist and buttom.

It is difficult for me to wear anything other than sweatpants, but the minute I tried these on I did not want to take them off! I got medium wash—note that the fabric content is different for each color. They fit my "apple" shaped figure (which means a fat stomach type body which I've always had) perfectly. They feel stretchy even though there's only 1% elastane along with the 77% cotton and 22% polyester.
