I first ordered the dress in black in Tall Medium because I needed to make sure there was room for my chest - DD. It was way too big but I could tell it was a well designed dress. So I returned that one and ordered Tall Small. It is so much better though Tall Extra Small would probably work. But Tal...l Small is vey flattering and I do not want to return and buy again. There is some stretch, so, there is room for my chest. I am 5'9" and fit but not skinny. It is so flattering and flowy. It feels great and is comfortable. The way it flows is amazing. Since it is such a perfect length for me I am not sure if it will work well for 6' and taller....I would think it would be too short....but who knows? Such a well designed dress! I prefer the off-the-shoulder option. I think this dress is better than most of my expensive dresses!
The waist was too high and the top half seemed short, so it didn't work out. Material was thin but nice and liked the skirt part with pockets, I may cut off the top and keep it as a long black skirt for the summer. I ordered Medium Tall

I would say it fits true to size with maybe even some extra room depending on your body. I purchased a small, for reference I'm 130lbs, 32dd, 39 inch hips.. got the black but would love some other solid/pattern boho colours ! Thanks old navy for another great dress

I love it I'm 5ft 4" if I wore even a 2" heel or sandal it would be great; however I can no longer wear heels so with sandals it's too long , I'm going to reorder in the Pettit shorter length and return this one.

This dress has pockets. That is a big thing for my style. The dress is long enough for me to be comfortable and warm if it's cold out, but breezy enough to stay cool. I would recommend this dress to anyone, just be careful of the length.
