I love this dress. Such an easy piece to wear that is stylish, cute and versatile. I plan to wear it on its own in the warm weather months, then use it as a long topper over leggings and long sleeves when it gets cold. As for sizing, this is true to size. I can go between Small and Medium in ON cl...othes, but in this case, I do not recommend sizing up. For reference I am 5'7" and 155 lbs. Small Tall fit me perfectly. (The Medium was nice but made me look a little bulky.) I always choose Tall in ON mini dresses because I like them to hit at the top of my knee.
Cute casual dress, very boxy cut makes it comfy, but be warned - all of these positive reviews are from first try on. It shrank SEVERELY in the first wash. I ordered an XS Tall, bc I like my casual dresses a touch longer than mini, but now it fits like a regular length and is much shorter than it is... on the model in pics. It did shrink some in width, but ON sizes run large so I had enough wiggle room to accommodate it. I would size up in LENGTH, though (regs buy tall, petite buy reg) if you want it to hit on your leg like the photo after washing. If you're okay with shorter, just be aware.

Love this dress. Easy to dress up with heels and along necklace. Or dress down with sneakers a scarf and baseball hat. I also get so many compliments on this dress. I own three in different colors.
