I have an almost 10 year old. Size 10 fit her in the length, but too large in the chest and side openings (underwear was exposed). Tried on the size 8, fit perfectly besides it being too short in the legs. She loved the fit so we opted for the smaller size (8) and the hem hits right above her ankl...es.

This is a very very well made, high quality jumper. The material is stretchy and soft so my daughter can run and play in it. Only drawback is the open waist. I have her wear an undershirt with it to school. But otherwise it's her new favorite outfit.
