This is a nice elevated tee for girls. It's not off the shoulder, that's a poor description. It's a wider neckline with caps sleeves. The fabric is nice and substantial, not transparent even in white. My daughter didn't care for the ribbon rose so we cut it off. This is a great basic top to wear with summer skirts.
