I bought the white denim shorts with the embroidered inserts. I normally wear a size 8, (5'7'', 140 lbs) but I had to size up because they run small. Otherwise, the fit is really nice. Wouldn't say they are high waisted, to me that's more like a regular size.
I so wanted them to work because they fit like a glove. Perfect length and fit, except for the cut of the right side. Maybe I just received a bad pair because it was not like the model photo. Slashed way too high and left no coverage in the right front. I'd recommend trying on in store rather than p...urchasing online.
