For the ladies who are looking for a less wide leg than the women's pj's, these fit great. I would say just slightly tighter because there's less room in the hips, but if you're an L in the women's PJ bottoms I'd say you can go with L in the men's. Unless you want them baggy in which case go up a si...ze.
