this skort has changed my life. i wear a 3x, and the "extra high waist" is the perfect length for accommodating my apron belly. in summer, its perfect on its own, stays up and doesn't roll, keeps me cool and has a phone pocket, and dries quickly if i follow my kid into the splash pad. in fall and wi...nter, i wear wool tights underneath and voila cute and cozy. when it comes back in stock im buying 10, because now my sister is trying to take it from me! i have similar old navy skorts, but only this one fits right.
I got a size Medium in the black skirt. For reference my waist is 30 in around and my hips are 42in, so I have this issue with regular pants/shorts as well. The shorts underneath fit perfect, but the waist band was too lose on me :( There was a gap in the back, which I especially didn't want with so...mething I would wear to the gym. I had to return this unfortunately

So soft & comfy. If you want a tighter & shorter fit size down one from your regular size. If you want a looser fit like what is on the model buy your size. I bought a medium online and went back for a large in store so I could have both options.
