Reviews are all over the place and partly Old Navy fault. On line it says ankle but the tag in store says full length. You can see the lengths in sizing. I purchased the orange and they are 100% cotton. Tag says high rise fit description states belly button which is how they fit on me. These are fi...tted in the waist with some elastic and they do have a string tie which I thought was cute. These are barrel so the leg area does run wide and tapered at ankle area. I wear xs or s and in these the xs fit best. They are light and airy and will be perfect for spring summer
I ordered online the blue floral and the white lily pants. While both pair are stylish and cute, the white pants was defective. It had a snag in the material and the pant legs were not the same length, one leg was shorter than the other leg. The white material is also sheer. Returned the white pair ...for a refund. Kept the blue pair, and I love it. If the white pair had not been defective I would have kept it and given a 4 star rating overall.

LOVE THE BARREL PANTS! OLD NAVY KEEP IT GOING! SO COMFORTABLE! Seen the gauze items for several years, but never bought til this year! Great option for summer heat (I live in Texas) and cruise wear (my last cruise was in the Carribbean!). Bought in 2 colors, wish there were more options! Washes well (recommend cold water and line dry as Old Navy items tend to shrink, line dry, fluff in dryer). I got the pants, popover, and l/s top - very versatile dressing!
