I am definitely a fan of retro styles, I haddd to get this dress for my niece!
This dress is cut super weird. It's like a giant maternity sack dress for toddlers. The waist hits very low. I would've returned it, but my daughter put it on and twirled in the mirror and smiled, so I'm keeping it since she likes it.
