I love the look of these jeans, and we usually don't ever have any issues with fit with Old Navy pants. However, for some reason these are really tight and not stretchy. I got the floral print one in a 3T for my 2.5 year old, and she won't wear them because they are restrictive. Based on reviews may...be the other designs fit better.
I ordered this item, and after an initial delay in delivery - I received the wrong item. I was told I had to return the item then place a new order. I placed a new order and I asked for expedited shipping again, which was my original selection and as I was expecting to have received the item already.... The new item shipped and I was unable to receive it because it "required a signature". Now the item as at an access point I am unable to get to. Instead of Old Navy correcting BOTH mistakes made on their end and just attempting to send me the item again - they only offered to give me points & a refund ONCE THE ITEM GETS RETURNED BACK. Customer service has gotten so bad within recent years. They are happy to thank me for being an Icon member, but do the bare minimum for their loyal customers.
