There is a labeling error on these shorts - when you click on the Above Knee Twill Pull-On Shorts for Boys, a couple color options change the name and style of the shorts - to Above Knee Tech Shorts for Boys. My boys love the Tech Shorts! I hope they make in more colors and restock soon! They are q...uick drying and a light, cool fabric. I also hope they change the labeling error so it is easier to find and to make sure people get what they want when they order.
The original, 100% cotton "twill shorts" are amazing. They're soft, light weight, and comfy for my boys, who have owned dozens of pairs in all the colours and sizes. It looks like Old Navy is slowly phasing these out and replacing with a 100% nylon "tech short". The material lacks comfort, breathabi...lity, and the classic look of the cotton version. I guess I'll have to find another staple summer short for my boys. Bring back the cotton shorts!

These are perfect shorts for young boys or those who have to have khaki shorts for school uniform. They are much easier for my 1st grader to pull on and off for school and are very lightweight, but still have great pockets. The length is perfect as well, not too long or not too short!
