I'm just puzzled as to why anyone would pack and ship a straw hat in a plastic bag with other clothing items. I order two other straw hats and they arrived in a " cardboard box " by themselves and were in pristine condition. Anyway, I really like the hat and will try to stream it into shape.
This is the best hat ever. It's so comfortable and provides great sun coverage. I am so glad I got it and at a great price.
