I purchased these leggings in every color available at the time I placed my order. As a missionary to foreign countries, I deal with some severe climates in very remote places. I've searched for years to find the right fabrics for hot and humid climates. A missionary needs fabrics that are breathabl...e, comfortable, resilient, durable and that can withstand multiple machine and hand washing sessions. Look no farther! These leggings met my criteria. I'm eager to see more color options available in the near future. No more breakouts from fabrics that trap excess body heat and sweat. These leggings dry faster than denim and other synthetic blends I have used in the past. They didn't shrink during my washes on the hottest water setting. The color hasn't faded either. These leggings provide a lot of room for stretch and they are not "see through" which is a big plus because female missionaries must practice modesty. If you have female children, I recommend getting these. You could easily buy these and have them last several years as the child grows. I'm a 14 in misses and I purchased an XL but a L would've been my more accurate size for these; however, I ordered them blindly. I'm an Old Navy newbie. I NEED MORE COLORS OLD NAVY!
I have owned various versions of ON's High-Waisted side-pocket 7/8 leggings in multiple colors from the past several years and love that these aren't the shiny spandex athletic version of so many others -- however, these leggings are not even close to what they used to be. I purchased two pair each ...in both black and navy in the same size I've always bought and had I not worn a pair of the black, all 4 would be going back. First they changed the waistband -- OLD NAVY, where is the wide waist band you used to have on the high-waist leggings? It was replaced by a horrible narrow, very uncomfortable waistband that is loose on the top edge, but way too tight on the bottom edge, which causes the top1" to keep rolling over. Plus, IMHO, they're not nearly as high-waisted as they used to be and I'm petite, so I can't imagine what they're like on average height women. As well, the fabric is much thinner and cheaper feeling than before, though it just barely passes the see-through test. And lastly, the pockets -- these are a game changer for most leggings, but not on this version! They've shortened the pocket length so now when I sit down, my phone slides right out (almost lost it in the toilet the other day). Come on ON, you know phones are bigger these days -- why did you change this??? Overall, so, so, so disappointed in these leggings and sad to say I'm on the hunt for new ones. Please bring back the old thick band, high-waisted, deep pocket leggings in the non-shiny cotton / spandex material!

Love that these are mostly cotton 93% in think and 7% spandex. I wear size 4 pants (occasionally 6 depending on the brand/cut) and I prefer the medium in these. I have a small too and they fit also but I'm more comfortable in the medium (5'7", 125#). But if you like them really snug at waist and ankles get your usual size.

Please bring these back in other colors!!!! I simply LOVE these cotton leggings. They are comfy, cool, not thin, not shiny, have pockets and fit great.
