I've tried different oversized cropped tees from many different brands, ranging from $20 to $100+ per shirt, but the Old Navy ones might be the best bang for your buck. The material is not too heavy weight which makes it nice for the hotter days, and it has a nice vintage, worn-in feel to it. It als...o has the perfect amount of crop too with a length of 27". The fit is also slightly relaxed and not obnoxiously oversized like some brands. The ONLY thing is that I wish they would release more basic colours! They finally came out with plain black and a slight off-white, but I need some heather greys, navy blues, etc! Please come out with more colours! :)
I bought the Natural White twice only to receive it all covered in black specks. I returned the first one, got another one, and it's the same problem. It's covered in black specks. I got rid of some, but there are a lot.

I have a short torso and broad shoulders. This shirt fits me like any "regular" shirt would fit anyone else. I'm stocking up, backups, every color available. I usually wear a medium or large to satisfy fit either by width for shoulders or to try and ensure it is long enough. With this shirt, for me, the small is THE perfect shirt.
