I bought the stripe jeans, and style wise they are very cute. Bought them to go with the matching striped denim chore jacket as a set. As per the description of a 'rigid denim', I stuck with my normal ON size of 2 petite. As far as ON pants go I am true to that size with almost every style - even a ...wide leg/baggy pair purchased last year. I feel I should have listened to other reviews and sized down to a 0 petite with these, as I have about an extra inch at least in the waist (I am typically a true 25/26 waist so the 2 always fits well). I will be keeping them since the other sizes are sold out, and length wise for a petite at 5'2 height they are great. My hope is there will be some shrinking upon drying and the fit will slightly improve, but the denim is certainly not as thick or heavy as described.
These jeans are so cute! When I saw them, I knew I had to have them. I ordered them online so I couldn't try on before purchasing. The first time I wore them (before washing) they fit pretty well. They weren't as high waisted as I would hoped for but they fit how I liked. After one wash they became ...way too tight. Not just in the legs or the waist put in the cooch area. I mean so tight that it was burning down there for a minute. There's absolutely no stretch in these pants, which is disappointing because they're so cute and can be styled so many different ways. Open not consider these high-rise jeans with how tight they are down there. As someone who has very large love handles, I really can only wear high-rise jeans and was hoping these would join the rotation, but unfortunately, these seemed to only be the occasional night out with no sitting type of jeans.

Keep in mind the rigid jeans don't stretch at all. I didn't know that, and they are a tiny bit tight at the waist, but the fit is perfect. The denim is so thick and durable on these, and the light wash is very cool.

Love these jeans! They remind me of a similar pair that I wore in the 90s. Love the fit and weight of the denim. Not too loose. Just right! Very fun addition to my jeans wardrobe.
