I chose these for my spring/summer wardrobe because I feel it is one of the necessary items. I like the medium wash look the wow high waisted for extra coverage for my mom bod. As well as the length that has been designed for these specific capris. My only concern is how they will wear and wash, if ...they will loosen up or stay figure forming. I can still sit down comfortably wearing a size 12 with a slim brown belt though may be a little concerning not sure yet. If I choose to purchase another pair I may size down to a 10 instead of a 12 .
The Rockstar high-waisted denim capris with the slits at the calve are by far my favorite, and I wear them A LOT during the warmer months. I thought this Wow style high-waisted capri would fit the same, so I bought them in a size 0 Regular (my usual ON denim size). They fit perfectly on my waist and... thighs, but when you get to the leg portion, the end of the capri does not conform to the shape of my small calves; instead it flares a bit. I also bought my teen daughter a size 4 Regular, and it fits her calves perfectly (her calves are thicker than mine). Lesson: If you have regular or thick calves, go for it; but I DO NOT recommend these to women that have smaller calves...unless you like the flare look.
