I am always looking for shorts that are comfortable and at least 7 to 9" in length that are comfortable and flattering to my 5'10 Size 16 frame. Initially, I placed an order for one pair in black. After I received my order I immediately tried them on to see if they fit. Depending on how an item is... made, I can sometimes wear a size 14. I was so happy with the fit, I rushed back to my computer to order more. Unfortunate, the darker blues were sold out. I did order a pair in the lighter denim. The great thing about these shorts is that you can dress them up or down depending on the event. Thank you Old Navy!
Not bad, not great. The material is a bit thin/"fake jean"/synthetic, which I don't love but maybe wouldn't be bad for the summer. The fit along the legs felt nice — loose & long but not too much, on-trend but not so niche that you can't wear them other years. However the pockets were SO shallow I h...ad to return them. I want to fit my whole phone in the front! Additionally the waist felt too loose, and if it weren't for the pockets I would've kept the shorts and just sewed the waist tighter. Got my usual size.
