I bought the med rinse back in the spring, and out of all rhe jeans, shorts, and pants I own, my coulottes are what i am wearing the most. I can wear a size 10 or 12, depending on fabric, stretch, cut, I went with the size 12 because based on the description, there is no stretch in this denim. And... there truly is NO stretch. the waistband stays rigid. no stretch across thr fabric at all. Everything below the waistband is loose, but not too loose, so the size 12 allows for just a bit of slouch but not falling off of me. For reference, I am 5'4 1/2 " 155lbs, 32" waist, 41" hip. I and a weird height, on cusp of petite lol, so inseam info in descriptions is really important for me. Sometimes petite is better for me, and in this case im really glad i chose petite. My inseam measurement from crotch to anklebone is 28". The hem of these coulottes fall 6" below my knee, which is perfect. The cut is comfy on my short waisted body and a true mid rise. #Sweeptakes
I normally wear a size 8/10 at Old Navy, but tried these on in the store and purchased them in a size 6. At first they fit really well, but after wearing twice they stretched out super far and now are falling off of me! I would try on a size 4 or a size 2, which is crazy, but they are all sold out. ...And obviously, I can't return them because I've been wearing them. Loved them at first so I'm disappointed! (BTW, I'm 5'4" and 134 lbs, curvy hips)
