Soft and comfortable
I'm very disappointed with my experience at Old Navy. I ordered two items but only received one. Instead of resolving it smoothly, I had to go through the entire claims process myself, which took up a lot of my time just to get a refund. On top of that, the missing item was a gift, so I had to reord...er it again. Overall, it was inconvenient and frustrating—I expected a much easier and more efficient resolution.
