These 100% cotton pajamas have details I would expect on a set that cost twice as much. The fabric is soft yet substantial. The embroidery is well done and even extends into the pocket. What a nice surprise! The fit is generous without being too big. I love these!!
I am extremely frustrated with Old Navy's customer service experience, which appears to be outsourced to an overseas call center. Between the language barrier and the limited access representatives have to resolve issues, I have received very little help. My online order, placed on January 21, incl...uded this set along with three additional items. The package was originally scheduled for delivery on January 30, then delayed to February 2. Today is February 3, and UPS is showing that they never received the package at all. This order was placed specifically for an upcoming Disney trip, including this set and a Disney golf shirt for my husband. Unfortunately, both of those items are now sold out in the sizes we ordered. To make matters worse, Old Navy is expecting me to repurchase the remaining two items in the order and pay for shipping again. I am not typically one to complain, but given that the key items are now sold out, it raises concerns that the inventory may have been oversold and the order never fulfilled. As a result, I am now out four clothing items intended for a time-sensitive trip and am left waiting for a refund, with no real effort from customer service to make this right. I love old Navy but don't think i'll purchase online again due to this experience.
