I bought a few of these for my 5 year old and was surprised when I opened the package and saw the neck was kind of ribbed. After going back I see it says "unisex" so I'm not sure if that was an attempt to make them look more feminine. It isn't a big deal and didn't bother me but I wasn't expecting i...t as it's hard to see in the photos online. The shirts are soft and lightweight. Will be good for keeping cool this summer.
The collar is not your standard t-shirt collar; it isn't structured, it isn't made of the same fabric as the tshirt, it's ribbed so it looks frilly and because it's ribbed it falls open instead of staying close to the skin. The shirt is thin, you can see right through it and it's 50% cotton and 50%... polyester. I'm very disappointed because I used to bear to expect a certain baseline standard from Old Navy t-shirts
