I was so excited to receive these but unfortunately they did not fit well. I have an average width foot and the material on the left gaped which made the entire shoe too loose. They do fit true to size as I also tried one size down and experienced the same issue with the gaping on the side. The shoe... material is nice quality and actually looks like real leather. I'd say give them a try they may just work for you.
I got my usual size. I knew before putting them on the functionality wasn't there but I tried anyway. Took 2 steps and they fell off. The strap isnt tight or structured enough to keep your foot in it. This is a common theme with old navy any more. Cute design, zero function ability and made without ...the consumer in mind. You'd think they would test these are it first before mass producing. I am super bummed.

This is really cute. But you need to size down 1/2 size unless you have a wide foot. It is a beautiful color. It is a soft relaxed fit.
