I'm 5'5" 125lb with a long torso. I got the small regular length and medium long length to compare. The small was perfect to wear under overalls and hit right at the top of high waisted leggings without showing my midriff. The medium was slightly looser at the waist and a length I preferred to wear with mid rise shorts and jeans. I washed and hung dry, only minimal shrinkage. I would definitely buy them again! #sweepstakes
