I am a medium in most of old navy tops (I am generally a size 8 across brands) however generally size up to large for fitted workout shirts for more room however this is still very small. I might size up to XL. Something I've never done but the feel of these tops are luxe.
Versus
Solid shirt, great for workouts. Runs pretty small so I have to return. I am typically a small-medium and the medium is a little tight across the chest. Unfortunately ON athletic wear seems to be made for slim, flat chested folks 😕

Glad I got a Long length on this shirt the regular length would have been too short. I am 5"8", 217 lb. and have a long torso. Large Tall fits perfectly. Nice breathability and a slight compression, feels great on.
