I would not call this a bra, even though it has one built it. It's definitely more of a tank top. My daughter loves it with the matching pleated skirt. She feels cute and I'm pleased that it isn't too revealing. In our experience, these ran a little big. She's almost 13 and wears a 12/14 in most things, but we often size up for length. These were too baggy in the size up, so we went for the 10/12 and it fit just fine.
