I bought this skort for my 8 year old and she loves it. The fabric is cottony but not really soft, which doesn't seem to bother her. It's a little shorter on her than I'd like it to be but the shorts underneath help with that. Overall it's a cute option for a sporty girl like mine! She's in between ...a medium and large and I am glad I got the large.
I am so, so sick of Old Navy's clothes shrinking so much. It is ridiculous and I cannot understand how they keep getting away with it. My daughter tried on these and two other pairs of shorts. All fit. We washed them in the regular wash (warm water, warm to dry, like who hangs kids clothes to dry??)... and they shrunk so much in the waist that she couldn't even get them on any more. Attempting to return them after washing now. Ridiculous.
