these pants are very comfortable and look nice while being not to heavy to feel uncomfortable in the summertime. My only issue with them as the sizes don't seem very accurate, I usually wear a 2X but I know I've lost a little weight so I ordered an XXL (there is no 1X) in addition to the 2X, when I ...tried them on the 2X was gigantic like falling down to my hip even just standing still, so I assumed the XXL would fit well (I don't like my pants super tight and or super baggy and sitting low), the XXL was also very big although clearly cut as a straight size so the form was a little different, standing still they would naturally fall to the lower part of my abdomen, however I usually wear a belt and I can cinch these pants around my waist since they are high waisted and be comfortable, though they are generally very loose (the tapering makes the silhouette still workable they're not baggy with no shape), I was surprised but Old Navy has run large for me before so I cautiously stepped down to an XL which I haven't worn in years and they fit exactly like a normal XL, which is good! but is not comfortable to me in all body places, to be expected it being a straight size that is too small. They do fit and are wearable and I'll be trialing them for a day since I do like a closer fit for nicer work clothes but they are tight around my hips/pelvic area and my waist. I expect they will loosen up but not enough in the right areas to make me want to wear them every day comfortably unfortunately. tldr there are massive gaps between the upper sizes, plus sizes are cut differently of course so a change in feel to XXL, a straight size isn't that surprising but the big jump from XXL to XL is kind of disappointing
