Was surprised by the fit of these - I haven't shopped at ON since gaining quite a bit of weight in the last year and wasn't sure of my size there now. I ordered two dozen pieces all petite M/6 and all the bottoms were too small, tops were OK but snug. These pants were the last things I tried on an...d were a petite "S", so I wasn't expecting them to fit, but they did. As others have said, hips and legs are a bit baggy but that helped to balance my shape as I have a large bust with small hips/legs and these made a lot of tops in my wardrobe look better than they do with my other pants. I also have a hard time finding pants where the waist isn't too tight because my waist isn't narrow relative to my hips. These didn't have this problem. I'm sure the elastic helped- don't love the look of elastic in the back with shirts tucked in/body suits, but I'll take it for the overall fit.
Read reviews about medium to tight in waist and large too wide everywhere. Yep they're true. I order online for pickup in store, th gray OC chino with partial elastic back waist. Per size guide I fit a LARGE, so that's what I ordered. REVIEW info is based on large not medium. Picked up at sto...re and decided hey, I might as well try on here just in case of sizing. So I grabbed the medium gray to compare to large I purchased. The medium fit less wide, itlooked like a straight shape cut. in hip and thigh, snugger in waist to make sitting uncomfortable, but looked good standing. The large easily had 3 inches extra in waist. Thighs and hips went wider . Definitely became a different shaped cut, it wad obviously curved out at hips and stayed that way until taper at ankle. The crotch on large landed lower than anatomically correct if waist placed slightly above belly button. So yeah BIG difference between medium and large sizes. It seemed that the large pattern itself was based on curvy fit, vs a straight fit on the medium?! I returned large, and didn't buy the medium. Cute pants, length in medium regular fit my 31" leg inseam ok. No clue if it shrinks after washing or dryer

These are my absolute favorite pants. I have them in several colors, and actually bought this additional black pair to have an extra! I only see them remaining in 2 remaining colors in my size, so I sincerely hope they will be restocking these! They are so comfortable, so stylish, so versatile... The fit is absolutely perfect!
