I recently purchased the Old Navy Mid-Rise StretchTech Run Shorts (3-inch inseam), and they've quickly become my favorite pair for both workouts and everyday wear. The StretchTech fabric is incredibly lightweight and breathable, keeping me cool during intense runs and warm Florida days. What I Love...: Comfortable Fit: The mid-rise waistband sits perfectly below the belly button, and the elastic drawstring ensures a snug fit without digging in. Built-In Briefs: These provide added support and eliminate the need for additional layers. Moisture-Wicking: The Go-Dry technology effectively wicks away sweat, keeping me dry throughout my workouts. Convenient Pocket: The right zip pocket is perfect for securely holding my keys or cards. Versatility: Whether I'm hitting the gym, running errands, or lounging at home, these shorts are up for the task. Minor Drawback: Limited Color Availability: I wish there were more color options available in my size, as I'd love to stock up on multiple pairs. Overall, these shorts offer a fantastic blend of comfort, functionality, and style. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and stylish activewear.
Comfy waist and that's about it. Not long enough in the back. The back of the shorts show the bottom of my cheeks. The pocket will NOT hold a phone with a thin case on it. I take my phone with me on every run for emergency purposes, and these shorts won't allow me to do that. Why is there a pocket i...f it will not hold a standard smart phone? I also ended up with chaffing after a 2 mile jog that I do not get with other pairs of athletic shorts. The fabric is more scratchy and irritating than many other pairs of running shorts I've purchased. I bought 4 pairs of these because the reviews seemed good and they were on sale. This makes me wonder how many of the lesser starred and honest reviews are hidden. Highly disappointed that I wasted my money on these. I wouldn't recommend them for walking or the gym either for the same issues. I did try sizing up to an XL to see if a larger size would help and they were so baggy in the waist that I couldn't get them to stay up. So neither my regular size or a size up worked.

These run smaller than other old navy active shorts but still fit. I love the color. I hate the liner and always cut them out.

These are super lightweight and a perfect dupe for another brand (LLL HH) for 1/3 the price. The reflective details and little zip pockets and the fine details ON shorts were missing in the past. This red pair is my 4th pair. I have the camo, leopard and black and they are all consistently sized. I am typically a size small and occasionally XS in ON. I tried the small and they were quite balloon'ish with too much fabric. The XS is a perfect fit and they are not too tight on my waist (which I cannot tolerate). I'm 5'7, 118lbs, 34B-26-35.
