This was my first ever pumping bra purchase and I'm very happy with this bra! As many other reviewers said, the holes for the flanges are a little more to the side than they need to be but, as I'd hoped, that wasn't a problem for my anatomy. I'd say if you have bigger breasts or breasts that are no...t super close together...you should be fine. For sizing perspective, I'm a 36DD or 34E weighing about 160 lbs and I fit size Large well. Having this bra be tight is essential as it ensures the flanges stay put. It fits me well in that regard. Lastly, the fabric is super comfy and a nice level of thick. I'm definitely gonna continue to wear this around the house even after I no longer pump anymore if the fabric holds up. One detail to note is the top part of the bra (where it rests on your breastbone) is a little loose but that's okay because it doesn't need to be tight there. I think some people might even prefer it that way because it makes adjusting flange placement a little easier? Very happy with the sale price and quality of this bra!

This is a very comfortable bra, but I am small chested but need a larger size around so I got an XL. Maybe this would work for someone with a bigger chest but I am pulling my n!ps way to the side to get them into my pump flange the right way and its a bit uncomfortable. The slits for my pump are alm...ost in my armpits.

Like some of the comments said, it can be tricky to fit with pumping flanges, but I found if you take the time to adjust everything when you start pumping each time, it works great. Just make sure that fit is comfy before you get settled! The one thing I'm not a fan of is the seams along the nipple are visible under certain tops (super thin fabric, tight-fitting tops, some synthetics).
