I am a women and usually wear XL or L in Old Navy Clothing - I bought XL in black and it was perfectly oversized not too big not too small and a great length for my 5'2 height. I ordered another black in L and the fit was perfectly. I kept them both. I loved this Funnel Neck so much I bought it in a...ll 3 colors! I exchanged the other two colors I bought for the large size - Grab this one while you can - great for chilly walks, hanging out, running errands - very warm and cozy. Please make more colors!
This is the second or third time that Old Navy has said they shipped me an item they didn't. And instead of them fixing the issue and fulfilling the order. I am always instructed to file a claim and create a whole new order for the missing item(s), making the customer do the work to remedy the issue.... At least this time the item is still in stock. Haven't decided if I will take the time to reorder it.

It is the most cosy thing. The fabric is think and soft. The cowl neck is awesome. The front pocket is something I didn't know I would need/want but I use it all the time. I liked it so much I bought another color. 🤣
