I absolutely love this black and white polka dot crepe blouse! The fabric has that perfect lightweight drape you expect from crepe—flowy without being flimsy—and it feels comfortable enough to wear all day. The polka dots give it a classic, slightly retro charm, but the real standout detail is the b...lack velvet ribbon tie. It adds a soft, luxurious contrast and instantly elevates the whole blouse from "cute" to "chic." The fit is flattering without being overly structured, making it easy to dress up or down. I've worn it to the office with tailored trousers and also on weekends with high-waisted jeans, and it works beautifully in both settings. The velvet tie holds its shape well and doesn't slip, which is something I was worried about at first. Overall, this blouse strikes the perfect balance between timeless and modern. If you love pieces that feel special but still easy to wear, this one is a winner.
One star because it arrived REEKING of dye. I washed it with an old bath rug (quickwash setting) to see how much dye was in it and the previously white rug turned BLUE. I dried both, did a second wash (longer setting), and it really took out the smell and excess dye. I had to clean my dryer after al...l this which was a huge pain. Other than that mess this is a really cute top to style! I feel like it could also be worn open as an alternative kind of cropped jean jacket/layering peice. Sleeve holes by the wrist are a hair too small (easy to get in but not out). Sizing is tricky- this is definitely a cropped blouse as shown in the photos. having ordered the petite it IS slightly cropped on me but it works for me. (I'm under 5ft). Overall I do love the top itself but I may not have ordered it if I knew what the washing situation was going to be :(

Deep true red blouse with a cute velvet tie in the middle; might have upgraded a bit if the buttons were either red or black instead of white, but it is still a great selection, and I was happy to get it on sale coupled with a coupon code; can wear with either jeans or dress pants; fits well.
