These are super warm! I wore them walking the dogs on a chilly 40 degree morning and was toasty. They do run pretty big (I think they may describe them as oversize?). I'm 5' 9" and 165 pounds and ended up going with the small. The medium were ok but pretty baggy which isn't my style.
