I love this jacket! Been searching for a long time to find one in my size with this material. It sits at the waistline. My only regret that it doesn't have an inside pocket. It's not heavy nor light in weight. I wear it with a hoodie in very cold weather and it keeps me warm.
Like the jacket a lot but is too tight under the arm pit.. Snug to wear.
