I originally ordered the warm hibiscus print in a medium for the top and bottom, but they were too small— especially the top. I was confused because my other old navy swimsuits are mediums, as well as the ones in other brands that I own. I am a size 6 in old navy jeans, and wear mediums in their dre...sses and tops. I read other people had the same issue with the printed swimsuits running smaller, so I ordered the solid yellow and amaryllis swim tops and bottoms in a medium. I love them and they fit exactly as expected. I also ordered a large warm hibiscus top, hoping that sizing up would fix my problem. But the straps were too loose on me and I knew I would have trouble keeping them up when swimming and in the water. I decided to just return the warm hibiscus tops and bottom, and the return process is such a hassle. I dropped everything off at ups and was instantly refunded for everything but the swim bottoms, which they claim were not returned. I'm still working with customer service to get that corrected. I suggest always returning the items to a store if you are able, because this "Happy Return" they offer has turned into such an ordeal and is requiring so much of my time and effort to correct. I also had issues getting the amaryllis (or red) swimsuit. The first time I ordered it, old navy sent me the completely wrong package obviously meant for another customer. So I had to deal with returning that and straightening it out with customer service. They claimed I could just drop the items off at a ups store and I wouldn't pay a dime, but I was informed at the ups store that I had to pay for the tape required to tape the box up. And I had to provide the box because they wouldn't ship it back to old navy in the original packaging, even though the old navy rep told me they would. I'm so glad I brought a box with me or else I would have had to pay for the box too. It doesn't sit right with me that I had to do so much work and pay anything when it wasn't my fault.
