This is a great find at Old Navy! The sweater is soft, stretchy and nicely knit. It is similar to Cash Soft at Gap Factory. I was torn about sizing when I ordered - the reviews overall said it was true to size but some folks sized down. I am typically a medium but sometimes a small, and debated both... sizes since it was noted to be a loose fit. I ended up with the medium and it's looks slightly oversized. I think a small could also work for a more traditional semi fit. I don't think you can go wrong with your regular size or sizing down one. Your true size will be roomy - as in room for layering - but will look fine on its own. A size down will be softly fitted. If you will wear it for casual occasions, your regular size will be great. I'd probably size down one for work outfits.
The sweater in the photo is not cropped, but just to be on the safe side, I ordered a tall. For reference, I'm 5'1 but I have a proportionally long torso. Not only is the tall sweater cropped on me but the sleeves are too short. Never in my life have I gotten something and the sleeves been too short... but here we are. I guess the model has a short torso and short arms, or that sweater was custom made for her.

Love this sweater! So soft and cozy. Runs a bit small as it is more cropped. I typically wear a small in Old Navy sweaters however with this one I went with a medium and it fits perfectly looks great dressed up or down.
