I ordered the cool fair isle sweater first and the colors are very vibrant in person and I love how soft and warm the sweater is. It does run alittle oversized so if you don't want it to bug on you get your regular size however I like my sweater roomy so I got a medium and I am 5"0 feet and it fit m...e perfectly. I loved this sweater so much I ordered it in the neutral fair isle color. I am really impressed with Old Navy quality of sweaters this year. 😊
Wish I could comment on the sweater but it never arrived even tho ON claims it did. Very frustrated. So much so I deleted Gap, Old Navy, Banana, and Athleta Apps. I called customer service. They are in India. She spoke 1000 miles per hour and I couldn't understand anything she was saying other than ...ok and the end of her ramble. I was like, ok what? Then, she became extremely condescending, talking to me so slow but still difficult to understand. She said I needed to buy the items again because FedEx said they delivered the package. They delivered one item of the 6 ordered, and an extra pajama pants that I didn't even order. What a giant joke! She was suggesting I I pay again, now for items no longer on sale, in hopes I actually get the products. The first payment was for nothing, or my pain and agony having to deal with them and the 2 trips to the physical store that followed. The result? The one item I received returned. The pj pants they gladly took for resale in the store. The actual store returned the rest of the not received order too because they didn't even have the items in the store to give me to fulfill the order. I'm done. So done. This place is a complete scam.

I love this sweater. It is super soft and the perfect length. It's not too long not too short. I am between a medium and a small, the last few things I got mediums at Old Navy were pretty big so I got a small in this. If you're on the fence, I would maybe go for a Medium because sweaters are nice oversized l, but I'm still wearing it and it's still super cute.

This is an interesting sweater I chose to buy. I really don't like heavy tops/sweaters but this one is so soft and yes sort of thick feeling. Super for those cold days or nights. I bought the red color one XL T and perfect length and fit but loose. I also bought since on final sale, the L T for gift giving, and it fits as well but a little of course not loose but more fitting. I have no complaints on my purchase even though final sale items. I ended up buying several clothes online with these sweaters and first time Old Navy shipped in a box. Just fyi the box was ripped opened on the side when delivered but everything was there that I ordered. whew...
