i was VERY hesitant to jump on the ballet flats trend (i suffer from chronic 'not like other girls' syndrome, pls pray for me) but these have a lil somethin extra going on with the V cut… can quite put my finger on it, definitely tampers down the daintiness of a stereotypical ballet flat or mary jan...e (not that there's anything wrong with daintiness !! just not for me really) i got black and sized down due to the reviews. im typically a 9 but i got 8.5, but honestly could've done an 8. the flats are comfortable enough, but the first wear, it felt like i had on flip flops with how much my heal was popping out with each step. but once you curate enough foot sweat, these suckers hold. if i got an 8, i fear they would've fit TOO well (i.e. snug and pinchy), so i'll stick with my 8.5.
I tried these on in store in my normal size 9 and they were huge! No half sizes in store, but the 8 felt too small. So I ordered the 8 1/2 online and my feet were still slipping out..I'm not sure what's going on with the sizing on these but the chocolate brown are gorgeous and would be so comfortabl...e if they fit right.

I was looking for a more modern take on the bow topped ballerina flats, and I am SO glad I snagged these in navy and brown. They run true to size, look great with everything from dresses to jeans, and are the most comfortable new shoe I have ever worn.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased. They're perfect for walking and easy to style with so many outfits. I absolutely love them! I wear a 7 but they were a little big for me, I recommend going 1/2 lower.
