I am 4'11 127lbs and currently expecting! I chose the XS, because old navy sizes run pretty big on me (i am petite) the top feels a bit lose but overall the dress is really cute and flowy I deducted one start because it is see through!
I returned this because it just seemed cheap in quality. I got the black color in size small and I could see my legs through the material. The material was really thin and not soft at all. Maybe it would soften in the wash, but it wasn't a chance I was willing to take. Also, the fabric attracts cat ...hair for those of you who have pets.

The bodice is lined but the skirt is not. Really cute and exceptionally comfy, I wish the front tie actually went through the top channel but it is decorative.
