soft and stretchy, not binding. great for someone like me who tosses and turns, pants don't ever feel like they are twisting and digging. i wake up in the morning and the cuffs are up around my knees sometimes but the fabric is so supple that i don't notice it when i'm asleep. for that reason i don'...t think i'd like a top in the same material. i think it would ride up and i'd notice it more on my torso when i'm trying to sleep. lightweight but warm, but they are pajama pants. not for wearing out
I was so excitd to see Old Navy had waffle knit again that I bought every item they offered in every color they had in my size. Im so very disapointed :( The fabric that is not Old Navy traditional wafffle knit. This fabric, while perhaps slightly softer and silky snags on absolutely everything wi...th very fine fibers. Its the same waffle knit junk that Shein has. It does not allow you to shape it how you want it either (if its just a bit too small in one part you could shape it with a bit of wear so that it didnt cling to rolls but still fited) Very disappointed with all Old Navys waffle knit now. Hoping they bring back the old waffle knit as its very diffcult to find.

I Love these pants! They are so soft and comfortable, they aren't tight around hips and bum and look stylish w an above the knee winter dress or longer sweater or Top. I also bought two pair/colors for my daughter and just ordered a pair for for daughter in law! I like size Large and daughter likes Medium. I wear size 14. Buy these!
